Every item made by Jenger’s, is a made to order custom design based upon your color and art selections. Jenger’s strict policy is no refunds or exchanges on any orders. If there is anything keeping you from loving your purchase, please contact us.

Absolutely, we have shipped internationally on many occasions. Complete your order on-line and the proper shipping rate will be applied. Please ensure all address details are provided. Jenger’s accepts no responsibility for clearing customs.
Our biggest concern is shipping your new items as carefully as possible so they are beautiful and pressed ( with in reason) right out of the box. We strive for minimal boxes , but depending on your order size, it could be shipped in multiple boxes.
