Orders and Shipping
Every item is custom dyed and hand painted. This process does take a while please, allow 8-10 weeks for your item to be completed.
Contact Jenger by phone or use our contact form to ask about changes. If your order is in the process of shipping, it cannot be changed.
Log into your Jenger’s account and view your order history. We will send you a tracking number with confirmation that your order has shipped. You can also contact Jenger for the tracking number anytime.
No. All payment data is processed through a secure encrypted connection with Square Up. No credit card data is stored on our site.
Yes, We are required to collect sales tax based on the shipping address. Our local tax rate is 8.7% for California Sales Tax.

It all depends on how many items you order. We want your new custom items to arrive looking beautiful right out of box. This means that we will not over load a box to save on shipping.
We ship our products via USPS. Your shared shipping cost is a simple flat rate of $19.00 per order, regardless of how much you order.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
As everything is custom made to order. All sales are final. However, your 100% satisfaction is very important to Jenger’s. If you are not satisfied please contact Jenger’s immediately to discuss possible options. She may be able exchange for like value, or re-do the order ~ depending on the situation. This would require the immediate return of the original item and waiting the standard wait time to create a new custom item if approved.
You must obtain authorization before returning any order. Contact Jenger to take you through the steps to make a return.
Unless your order has already shipped, update your address in your “jenger’s Account” and contact Jenger anytime after ordering to change or correct a shipping address on your pending order.
