Refund and Returns Policy

As everything is custom made to order. All sales are final.  Your 100% satisfaction is very important to Jenger’s.  If you are not satisfied please contact her directly to discuss possible options. She may be able exchange for like value, or re-do the order ~ depending on the situation.  This would require the immediate return of the original item and waiting  the standard wait time to create a new custom item if approved.

You must obtain authorization before returning any order. Contact Jenger to take you through the steps to make a return.

Unless your order has already shipped, update your address in your “jenger’s Account” and contact Jenger anytime after ordering to change or correct a shipping address on your pending order.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. Call Jenger’s right away! We’ll see where your order is in the design & creation process to determine what options maybe available.
